Professional Profile
I engage teachers in effective professional development, helping them master strategies that enable them to differentiate instruction for all students. While it is true that these strategies are highly beneficial for students with special needs in regular classrooms, they are equally beneficial for students who achieve in typical ways, and for those who need to be challenged. Indeed, good teaching for kids with special needs is just plain good teaching.
I have classroom experience differentiating instruction for students in early elementary school, intermediate grades, middle school, high school, undergrad/grad students and adult learners all over the state of New Hampshire.
